ACH Group is a private not for profit organisation specialising in aged care in SA. The organisation employs over 1,400 specialist staff and 800 skilled volunteers and provides services to over 35,000 older people each year in locations throughout metropolitan Adelaide, the Fleurieu Peninsula and regional areas such as the Murray and Riverland.

ACH Group engaged MRS to seek new Head Office accommodation to satisfy its growth requirements, including consolidation of facilities to drive a more efficient service delivery model. An area of approximately 3,200 to 4,200 square metres was envisaged to consolidate the Head Office function with other Community Services locations.

MRS successfully negotiated terms for ACH to acquire 22 Henley Beach Road, Mile End with settlement anticipated in June 2010. This represents a great result for ACH as the building will provide more functional and efficient accommodation that will also satisfy its anticipated future growth requirements.
