MRS were appointed by Flinders Ports to co-ordinate an Expression of Interest (EOI) campaign for 25 hectares of industrial land.
MRS were appointed by Flinders Ports to co-ordinate an Expression of Interest (EOI) campaign for 25 hectares of industrial land located on Ocean Steamers Road, Port Adelaide. Our role was to identify parties interested in Joint Venture development of the land or occupancy of completed design and construct accommodation.
MRS prepared an information package for respondents to the EOI process.
