Following an exhaustive search for their new Head Office location, Hills Industries have pre-committed to approximately 3,000m² of accommodation at 159 Port Road, Hindmarsh. MRS are delighted to have been able to assist Hills to negotiate the commercial terms of this pre-commitment.

To be developed by Haddon Heights Pty Ltd (a company associated with the Mossop Group Pty Ltd), 159 Port Road is the fifth and final stage of the redevelopment of the block between Chief Street and East Terrace at Hindmarsh.

The building will comprise three levels and provide a total of approximately 3,882m² of accommodation upon its completion in the third quarter of 2011.

Hills will occupy the whole of Levels 2 and 3 and a portion of the Ground Floor, together with approximately 100 carparks and Naming Rights.

Hills are delighted with the location and quality of the building which has been designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating from the Green Building Council of Australia.

Hills Managing Director, Mr Graham Twartz, commented that:
