Wallmans Lawyers

In January 2010 Wallmans Lawyers relocated from 173 Wakefield Street into purpose built accommodation at 400 King William Street.

The occupancy of their new tenancy concluded a two and a half year search and planning process for the firm which MRS were pleased to have been able to share with them.

Wallmans Partner, Trevor Edmond, and Chief Executive Officer, Catherine Schultz, engaged MRS in early 2007 to assist them in the search for new accommodation in the CBD Frame. At that time neither Wallmans nor MRS envisaged that the end result would take so long to achieve.

The new accommodation has already proven to be outstanding for the firm and is testimony to the effort and attention to detail of Wallmans internal project team and their fitout consultants, Medland Corporate and Hassell Interior Design.

MRS thoroughly enjoyed assisting Wallmans in this assignment and in helping them to achieve a brilliant solution for their long term home. The developer of 400 King William Street, Kyren Group, was also instrumental in facilitating the full integration of Wallmans fitout and handover of the premises to allow the relocation and occupancy to occur over the Christmas/New Year period 2009/2010.
