Following an exhaustive search for their new Head Office location, Hills Industries have pre-committed to approximately 3,000 square metres of accommodation at 159 Port Road, Hindmarsh. MRS are delighted to have been able to assist Hills to negotiate the commercial terms of this pre-commitment.
The building will comprise three levels and provide a total of approximately 3,882 square metres of accommodation upon its completion in the third quarter of 2011. Hills will occupy the whole of Levels 2 and 3 and a portion of the Ground Floor, together with approximately 100 carparks and Naming Rights.
