Daryl Menesdorff

Daryl has been involved in the commercial property management industry for over 20 years, prior to joining McIntyre Robertson Scarborough in 2010.

Through Daryl’s extensive experience he has been responsible for OH&S risk management; overseeing maintenance of all services including mechanical, fire and electrical services; and assisting in the day to day management of tenancy building issues.

In his employment with McIntyre Robertson Scarborough, Daryl now assists in the Facility Management for several CBD and fringe office buildings including Nova/5AA Building at 75 Hindmarsh Square, Adelaide; 1 Richmond Road, Keswick and 67 Greenhill Road, Wayville. Daryl is also responsible for services and operations at the Southlink Industrial Estate, the former Mitsubishi engine plant at Lonsdale, and the recently constructed purpose built Tennyson Specialist Centre at Kurralta Park.

Daryl is a qualified electrician and currently holds his Electrical Workers A Class License.
