MRS held their annual MRS Day on Friday, 29 July 2011. The purpose of the day is for all MRS employees to get out of their comfort zones and do something together as a team. This year's theme was "Facing Adversity".

The day started at 7.00am and involved an overnight stay. Various activities were held throughout the day starting with kayaking in the Adelaide Dolphin Sanctuary & Mangrove Creeks at Port Adelaide. We then headed to Vertical Reality Climbing for some wall climbing before heading to a kitchen at the Adelaide Central Market for a cooking competition in the Masterchef format. The food made during the cooking session was delivered to some of the Brian Burdekin Clinic’s clients (one of the charities MRS sponsor).
