Andrew McIntyre

For over 20 years Andrew has been directly involved in all aspects of the commercial and industrial property market in Adelaide. He has provided advice to both owners and occupiers of real estate over this time and been involved in numerous design and construct and pre-lease developments as both developer and tenants representative.

Andrew holds Tertiary qualifications in property, a Graduate Diploma in Property (University of South Australia) and a Graduate Diploma in Property Investment and Finance (Property Council of Australia). He is currently a Divisional Council Member of the PCA – SA Division and serves on various committees.

In 2002 Andrew co-founded McIntyre Robertson Scarborough.

Geoff Robertson

Geoff has been involved in the Adelaide property industry since 1983. He has acted on behalf of many clients in transactions related activities and provided consultancy advice to numerous clients on project feasibility, pre-sale and pre-leasing preparation of properties, refurbishment alternatives, industrial estate development, marketing and promotional strategies and asset management.

Geoff’s depth of experience in the Adelaide Industrial market is second to none. Significantly, his commitment to client service and the provision of quality advice are recognised and respected.

Paul Scarborough

With over 25 years experience in the Adelaide property markets and an extensive background in valuation, consultancy, agency and management, Paul has specialist expertise in the delivery of Property and Asset Management Services with a focus on achieving investor's primary objectives of maximising returns and growth in asset value.

Paul's attention to detail and expertise in the development of Strategic Business Plans for the management of property assets has been widely acknowledged by his broad range of local and national private, corporate and institutional clients.

In 2003 Paul joined MRS as Director responsible for building the firm’s asset management services business. Utilising his vast experience and adopting a more strategic approach for the firm’s clients, he has overseen the growth in the management portfolio to a combined value now in excess of $150 million.

Julie O’Malley

Julie commenced working at MRS in 2004 as Asset Manager and has directly assisted in the growth of the company’s asset management portfolio.

Julie has extensive experience in the management and development of commercial property, particularly retail, after 10 years of experience in a major retail corporate environment.

Julie has a positive, energetic approach and clear drive to provide quality and timely service to clients. She possesses a Bachelor of Business (International Business) qualification, together with a Certificate in Real Estate Agency.

Michael Rouvray

After completing his Bachelor of Business Property degree in 1996, Michael worked as a licensed valuer for 12 months before joining the public sector in 1998, where he worked in various government departments gaining broad property experience in commercial property management, sales and acquisition, commercial leasing and project management.

With over 10 years commercial and industrial experience in public enterprise, Michael moved from a senior management position in the Environment and Heritage Department to join McIntyre Robertson Scarborough as Manager, Advisory and Consultancy Services in 2006.

Michael has acted for a broad range of clients providing development feasibility, transaction coordination, market assessments, tenant advocacy and wide ranging consultancy advice.

Michelle Groves

Since 1979 Michelle has worked in the property industry, commencing her vocation in the ATO (Valuation) with a move into the private sector during 1986. A tenure of over 23 years with Colliers in Adelaide and through Europe, culminating in elevation to Director, has seen Michelle’s experience embrace all sectors and responsibilities including Valuation, Agency, Asset & Property Management. She returned from London in early 2010 to join MRS, offering extensive property knowledge and a perceptive approach to understanding client requirements.

Michelle holds tertiary qualifications in property; a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property Resource Management (Valuation), is an Associate member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Angelo Pavanello

Angelo is MRS’ newest recruit having joined the team in May 2008.

Angelo completed his Bachelor of Business Property degree in June 2002 at the University of South Australia. Upon completion of his degree he undertook a role in Valuation at Brock Commercial Real Estate where he gained experience in residential mortgage valuations. Angelo then joined Egan National Valuers, where his experience broadened into commercial and industrial valuation work.

In 2005 Angelo joined CWM Market Line as a Senior Valuer. During this time Angelo was successful in achieving his Certified Practicing Valuers accreditation with the Australian Property Institute, which enabled him to broaden his expertise in commercial valuation.
After more than five years in valuation roles Angelo decided to seek broader real estate experience and was successful in securing a commercial sales and leasing role with Mastracorp Real Estate. During his time at Mastracorp Angelo gained valuable experience in the Adelaide commercial and industrial market.

His range of experience to date, together with his professional approach and demonstrated enthusiasm, have equipped him well to service both his existing and new clients at MRS.

Nadine Wessel

Nadine completed her Bachelor of Business Property degree in 2005. To date her career has included valuation, investment research and property management experience, all within the commercial sector.

Developing a passion for property management led her to join McIntyre Robertson Scarborough in 2007 as an Asset Manager. Nadine’s portfolio consists of a range of commercial, industrial and retail properties. She is highly motivated to achieve and exceed her client’s expectations.

Adrian Butterworth

Adrian commenced with MRS in 2003 and assists in the Facility Management for various properties including 1 Richmond Road, Keswick; 67 Greenhill Road, Wayville and the Southlink Industrial Estate, the former Mitsubishi engine plant at Lonsdale. His role includes contractor supervision, assisting in tenant servicing, ensuring compliance with all OH&S policies and procedures and project management.

Adrian has extensive experience in electrical, communication and security services developed through the establishment of his own electrical business, Butterworth Electrical, which he owned and managed from 1980 through to 2004.
