MRS commenced working with Gerard Corporation in 2007, assisting with a residential sub-division project in south east Queensland and then with its review of options for the future use of the former Clipsal site at Bowden.

The ten (10) hectare Clipsal site was sold in 2008 to the State Government, which is now well into the planning phase for what will become Adelaide's key Transport Oriented Development (TOD), to be known as "Bowden Village".

Our conduct of these roles has subsequently led to a much wider relationship with Gerard Corporation which encompasses the provision of property portfolio advice in all States across Australia.

Examples of the range of work which we have undertaken for Gerard Corporation include:

• Project Coordination and disposal of a residential sub-division in south eastern Queensland.
• Review of future use options for the former Clipsal site at Bowden. This resulted in the coordination of a sale campaign and negotiation of disposal of the site to the State Government.
• Provision of advice on the disposal of former manufacturing facilities in regional South Australia.
• Negotiation of the sale of industrial premises in Sydney on a long term lease back basis.
• Project coordination for the development of new manufacturing facilities in Perth.
• Coordination of a marketing campaign for the disposal of a prime residential development site, former industrial premises, in inner suburban Melbourne.
