Longstanding MRS client, the Industry Superannuation Property Trust (ISPT), purchased this property with vacant possession in the second half of 2008.

Through the balance of 2008 MRS worked with ISPT, with the assistance of Jones Lang LaSalle, to secure the commitment of two tenants, Cork Supplies Australia (6,430 square metres) and the Construction Industry Training Centre (5,410 square metres), to the whole of the property.

This leasing result has produced an outstanding property outcome for ISPT, with the net income providing an excellent return on the acquisition price and redevelopment costs.

MRS have also acted as Development Manager on ISPT's behalf during the redevelopment phase.
