When Lonsdale Developments Pty Ltd purchased the former Mitsubishi engine plant at Lonsdale in 2006, MRS were appointed Project Coordinator/Client Representative in a role similar to our role at Charles Sturt Industrial Estate.

From initially master planning the site to relaunching it as the Southlink Industrial Park, MRS have:

• managed an upgrade of the site infrastructure (ongoing);
• re-established the facility to accommodate multiple occupants/tenancies;
• coordinated and managed the upgrade of the existing improvements;
• coordinated the successful leasing/re-leasing of over 25,000 square metres of factory and warehousing to various tenants including Bosch, Copeland Industries,
• Fibrelogic Pipe Systems and ETSA Utilities; and
• undertaken initial feasibility analysis for sub-division and/or development of the vacant 15 hectares of land on the overall site.

MRS are also appointed Property and Asset Managers for the Park
