MRS undertake Strategic Property Reviews (SPR) over client’s properties. A SPR involves:

  1. a comprehensive property audit;
  2. undertaking of a SWOT analysis;
  3. provision of proactive advice on relevant issues; and
  4. development of an appropriate strategy to maximise the value of the asset.

The aim of a Strategic Property Review is to ensure that the owner has all relevant information on the property together with a full understanding of macro and micro issues which may influence its investment performance.

A SPR will include review of, at least, the following items:

• Building Maintenance Contracts and Agreements • Legal Issues affecting the Property
