MRS undertake Strategic Property Reviews over our client's properties.
A Strategic Property Review involves:
- a comprehensive property audit;
- undertaking of a SWOT analysis;
- provision of proactive advice on relevant issues; and
- development of an appropriate strategy to maximise the value of the asset.
The aim of a Strategic Property Review is to ensure that the owner has all relevant information on the property together with a full understanding of macro and micro issues which may influence its investment performance.
